Let us create a comfortable learning discourse, and creating child development in learning. Not many teachers who are able to manage and organize students in the classroom so that they can leave a very bad effect for students. So that teachers have a little groove and not be excommunicated from the teacher who is teaching style and how they bertolok the back with the goal of learning itself. This is sacrificing a lot of students in understanding and become traoma in their lives, there are teachers who do the violence became so bad that the desire for children in the study.
At the end of learning, most teachers recognize that teaching has some great benefits, but most of us do not come into this profession to benefit significantly, we do so because of the increased career. In fact, we do this is because the Teaching Career in the Greatest Planet. I am sure that most will agree.
Basically, besides the fact that we like and what we do, there are some great benefits. This is an attempt to list them in order of priority. This Top Ten list. Putting on your hat for some humor …
10. It is very important – What will we do as educators is simple, we will change the world. Thinking about this, almost all adults in the community who must go through teacher education in the classroom or hallways. They have been listening to teacher lectures, teacher running in gyms, dissect animals or insects in the laboratory, or suspended from school in the teachers’ office. In some ways teachers have made indelible in every human being on earth. Career teachers is significant, not as many careers as a means of entertainment or greed. Teaching, education is to guide children through the process of maturation to become responsible, independent thinking and compassionate human being.
9. Useful – Is this the influence of career, or work which is unique and highly meritorious to offer the ability to influence, guide and educate people of the children become adults. There are some, but that does not have to spend more time with their client base is not as teachers. Next, we have a responsibility to help citizens be responsible for the sustainability of democracy and our way of life. Every teacher in every country have the same responsibility. At some point we will see how our investment matures as a graduate student elementary, middle and high school, and then proceed to higher education and career that means. This is a fun experience.
8. Unique – no other profession will be found in the world such as teaching the teachers. The joys, demands, challenges and triumphs add tremendous complexity and responsibility of teachers disekolah, especially public school teachers. I guarantee there is no other like our careers. Usually every year, to rest, study, etc. Jujur, educators, school experience is very intense year, more than any university professor. At the time we needed, especially for those who work under the power-source community, where the need is greater. Seven years it will not work well with us. In addition, we usually work during the holiday times … anyway, right!
3. Retirement Fund and Benefit-teacher It works differently in every country, but most of the trade unions or state law requires teachers’ pension fund adequate. I know, what is not right “enough” really means. Not sure, I’ll know when I retire. The idea of retirement in other countries that are very different, sometimes better, other times worse. There are also other benefits, each benefit is always a little different than what other systems or countries to offer.
