Being a Professional Teacher

In the management of human resources, claims to be a professional office, employment or profession. There is one important aspect of becoming a profession, the professional attitude and quality work. Professional (from English) means that experts, specialists, and in the field of the run.

Being a professional means to become experts in the field. And an expert, of course quality in performing the work. However, not all can be a qualified expert. Because quality is not only a matter experts, but also issues concerning the integrity and personality. Perspective in the development of human resources, a professional is a unity between the concept of personality and integrity that combined with the skil or expertise.

Being professional is the requirement of each profession, such as doctors, engineers, pilot, or profession that has been familiar in the community. Akan teacher but …? Have a professional with the above criteria. Teachers clearly a profession. But there is a profession has a professional …? At least be a teacher must have specific expertise and a standard code of professionalism. If expertise is not owned, it can not be called teachers. This means people can not become careless teachers.

However, in fact, many teachers found a profession such as the last option. Bonafide less, if the resolution does not already have another job or a social status of people with sticky, small salary, is not safe even under the poverty line. Mr. Teachers is one of the education that is concerned with the progress of students – students in learning and teachers in teaching. Thus diversity in teaching can be seen from the large (wide) perspective of a teacher in the learning plan (lessons plans) so that the material presented by the teacher is very diverse.
Perhaps the lessons from the plans made and planned many changes in teaching that is reasonable, the teacher must be quick response or anticipate the wide-awake in this way deepen knowledge in the field taught.
Perhaps this will reduce the saturation and some deterioration in the students understand the lessons that we tich curriculum.  Here and I explain a little share in the material preparation in a teacher’s teaching. And hopefully useful to all teachers and other people ….
